Report Impersonation Accounts

Accounts that impersonate other people go against our Community Standards and aren't allowed on Vylo. If you see an account that's pretending to be you, someone you know or a public figure (example: celebrity, politician), we encourage you to let us know. You can report potentially impersonating accounts to us even if you don't have a Vylo account.

To report someone who's pretending to be you or someone else, please email us at

About Fake Vylo emails

Scammers sometimes create fake emails that look like they’re from Vylo. These emails often look like:

  • Notifications about follow requests, responses, or photos and videos.
  • False claims that you went against our Community Standards.
  • Warnings that something will happen to your account if you don't update it or take a certain action.
  • Claims or offers that sound too good to be true (such as winning a Facebook Lottery.)

What to do if someone sends you a message that makes you uncomfortable.

If an email looks strange, don't open it or any attachments. Instead, report it to or through the report links that appear throughout Vylo.
