  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Tap the settings icon.
  3. Select settings and privacy.
  4. Tap Help.
  5. This will land you on our FAQ page, where you can also reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@vylo.com.

What is the procedure for reporting a bug?

Please provide clear instructions on how to reproduce your problem by sending an email to support@vylo.com. Please also include a couple of screenshots of what you're seeing. We may contact you again to obtain additional information.
